HOW TO PAY
We do not have an online ordering facility at present particularly as prices can vary when taking into account bulk discounts and the individual nature of our customers printing and embroidery requirements.
However, ordering from us couldn’t be simpler:
Simply call us on: 0845 603 6144, where we can take your order and payment details (our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).
Alternatively, you can e-mail your requirements to sales@bluestonebranding.co.uk stating product code, quantity, size and colour required plus your name and contact number.
We will then contact you to finalise your order.
For regular volume purchasers we are prepared to offer credit account facilities subject to status.
DELIVERY
Delivery costs vary, depending on factors such as volume, weight and destination.

Our standard delivery for clothing is up to 3 working days (subject to stock availability), or up to 14 days for printed or embroidered items.
We are able, in some instances, to improve upon this should you have an urgent order. Contact us for details.
RETURNS
Orders/Items can be returned within 5 working days of receipt, subject to prior agreement with Bluestone Branding.
A handling charge will be applied.
Delivery costs cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
